The role requires expertise in test planning, script development, coordination of System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect tracking. Required Experience: 5 + years in IT Testing & Coordination, including test script development & management 5+ years working with Agile methodologies 5+ years using Issue & Project Tracking Software (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) Preferred Skills: Experience in online submission or payment processing applications Ability to define test strategies, translate requirements into test scripts, manage defects, and prioritize issues Strong QA expertise in functional, performance, regression, usability, and accessibility testing Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Jira, and Azure DevOps Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively and resolve conflicts Certifications (Preferred): ISTQB (Foundation, Agile, Advanced, or Expert Level Certifications) Responsibilities: Develop test plans, cases, and data to validate requirements and timelines Define testing scope, objectives, and acceptance criteria Identify and mitigate risks related to testing activities Oversee SIT & UAT execution, ensuring alignment with user needs Assign and track test scripts, ensuring timely execution and quality Generate comprehensive reports on testing status, defects, resolutions, and risks Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related technology field This role requires strong leadership, quality assurance expertise, and hands-on testing coordination to ensure the successful implementation of the e-File and Pay project.
