This role involves delivering monthly/quarterly results to Sales and Support Incentive Compensation (IC) team. The role will collaborate with key stakeholders to streamline workflows, ensure proper data integration, and establish best practices for managing incentive compensation processes in-house. Support Commercial Data Warehouse (CDW) operations including integrations with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Master Data Management (MDM), Multichannel Marketing, and Third-Party Systems. Develop and Configure new Integrations and processes as needed. Education and Knowledge Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science or 4+ years relevant experience Minimum 3 years of experience as a Developer; minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Developer Minimum 3 years of experience developing SQL. Vertica database experience preferred Experience working with SAAS is a huge plus Demonstrated experience in project estimation and planning.
