Job Description:

We are seeking a
Decision Support Admin to join our team with the
State of Florida in Tallahassee, FL. This is an
onsite position with a contract duration of
6+ months. The ideal candidate will be a
Certified Salesforce Administrator with expertise in Salesforce and object-oriented programming methodologies.

The role involves handling various administrative tasks, performing system maintenance, managing user accounts, and ensuring the systems security and functionality. You will work closely with the team to support the system, optimize business processes, and integrate technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle basic administrative functions such as user account maintenance, report creation, dashboards, and workflows.

Review and adjust system settings to ensure proper visibility and security.

Manage sandboxes and deployments using
Gearset.

Perform tasks such as user provisioning, page layouts, custom object creation, workflows, email templates, and data loads.

Maintain high-quality standards for projects delivered to customers.

Support training efforts for new and existing employees on system functionality.

Assist with data management, including cleaning up unused fields, reports, and dashboards.

Gather feedback from users to ensure continuous improvement and manage system changes with minimal disruption to users.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):

Certified Salesforce Administrator.

Experience with Salesforce and object-oriented programming approaches for designing, coding, testing, and debugging programs.

Strong functional understanding of object-oriented databases and systems.

Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.

Sound analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to develop requirements for applications based on user input and needs.

Quick learner with the ability to contribute to team efforts and handle multiple time-critical projects simultaneously.

Logical, process-oriented thinker with a strong sense of urgency.

Strong problem-solving, priority setting, multi-tasking, analytical, and collaboration skills.

Ability to develop
Lightning Web Components.

Ability to perform backend data integration such as
HTTP and
Web Services.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):

Experience with
Conga Composer Document Generation Solutions.

Certification as a
Salesforce Platform Developer.

Proficiency in
SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce/APEX,
Unit Test Development,
JSON, and
XML.

Development experience with
Sales Cloud,
Community Cloud, and
SSO.
