Collaborate with various departments to understand and document workflows. Metrics and Dashboards: Create and manage metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements. Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments against published standards and policies to ensure compliance. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Vendor Analysis and Risk Assessment: Evaluate and assess the risks associated with vendors and third-party service providers. Develop and implement vendor risk management strategies. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of processes, assessments, frequently asked questions (FAQs), knowledge articles etc. Ensure all documentation is easily accessible and organized. Skills : Interest and aptitude to work in a dynamic and fast paced field of emerging technology and AI Strong understanding of business process analysis and process improvements Experience with risk assessment and audit processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation.
