Job Title: Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) Location: Culver City, CA (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) solutions to ensure efficient job scheduling and workload management. Monitor and troubleshoot TWS jobs and workflows to ensure optimal performance and timely execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop scheduling strategies that align with business objectives. Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and enhancements to the TWS environment. Document processes, procedures, and best practices related to TWS operations and job scheduling. Provide support and training to team members and end-users on TWS functionalities and features. Participate in on-call support rotation to address any urgent issues related to job scheduling. Stay updated with the latest TWS features and industry trends to continuously improve scheduling processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience working with Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) in a production environment. Strong understanding of job scheduling concepts and workload management principles. Experience with scripting languages such as , Python, or Perl for automation tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with other workload automation tools is a plus.
