The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in social enterprise management, full lifecycle development using the Cram framework, and strong technical expertise in Java-based web applications. This position requires a hybrid work setup, and candidates must be Cram V6 Certified. Responsibilities Develop and maintain applications using the Cram Enterprise Framework and Cram Solution Modules. Participate in full software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities, including requirements analysis, functional design, and testing. Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless system integration. Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical teams and non-technical business users. Create comprehensive technical documentation using MS Office tools (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Collaborate with stakeholders to develop efficient solutions that align with business needs. Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to project deadlines. Required Qualifications Cram V6 Certified Developer (Mandatory). Minimum 3 years of experience in social enterprise management. Proven experience as a Cram Developer, working through the entire SDLC. Strong development expertise with Cram Enterprise Framework and Cram Solution Modules. Proficiency in: Java (J2SE, J2EE), XML, XSL, HTML, CSS Eclipse, Web Services (SOAP & WSDL) Oracle, Subversion Cram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), Cram Express Rules for Triage (CERT) Ability to prioritize and manage complex technical tasks efficiently. Strong communication and documentation skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Oracle database platforms and tools. Familiarity with JavaScript and IBM WebSphere.
