In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping and driving our payment processing strategies, ensuring seamless and efficient transaction flows across our platforms. As a senior-level professional, your expertise will be vital in bridging the gap between business objectives and IT solutions . You will collaborate closely with collaborators to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, while also providing insights and recommendations to enhance our SWIFT payment services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the SWIFT network, financial payment systems, and regulatory requirements affecting payment transactions. Job Description : SWIFT Subject Matter Expert who can lead/guide/manage on SWIFT project act as consultant - Cross Border, Account validation, Beneficiary and Co-existence period. Domain experts is SWIFT Team for customer, working directly with VP who understands CSP and RMS clearly. Analyze complex business requirements related to SWIFT payments and deliver actionable insights - MT103, MT202, MX (pacs.008 and pacs.009). Develop and document detailed functional specifications for new payment system features and enhancements. Collaborate with multi-functional teams including IT, finance, and operations to ensure alignment on payment processes. Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential payment processing issues . Provide ongoing support and training to end-users regarding SWIFT payment processes and tools. Specialist knowledge in payment process with emphasis on Swift messaging and Swift alliance products. Extensive experience with ISO 20022 messaging standards and their application in payment systems. Deep understanding of payment processing, instant payments, and financial messaging standards. Must skills: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on payment systems or financial services. Proven expertise in SWIFT payment processing, including knowledge of MT/MX message types S trong knowledge in MT103, MT202, MX (pacs.008 and pacs.009) . Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
