https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2307325&uid= From: Nitya, Nitya software solution ryan@nityainc.com Reply to: ryan@nityainc.com Role: SailPoint IIQ Lead Developer Location: Remote / Phoenix AZ / Dallas TX (Need someone local to Phoenix / Dallas, but okay to consider remote candidates) C2C Job Overview: Implement Remedy & Disconnected applications into non-production environments Draft recommended unit and integration test cases Perform integration testing of the onboarded connectors in IIQ non-production environments Implement Schedule Jobs, Workflows, any IIQ Customizations needed to migrate the current Applications from Oracle to SailPoint IIQ platform. Work with existing Engineering team on a day-to-day standard IIQ implementations/changes Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full lifecycle of SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations, from gathering requirements to design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Solution Architecture: Design and architect SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, integrating with diverse systems such as Active Directory, HR Systems, and Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS). Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, security teams, and system administrators to understand and implement identity governance processes. Risk and Compliance: Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies, industry standards (SOX, GDPR), and regulations by defining access controls, roles, and policies in SailPoint. Custom Development: Develop custom workflows, connectors, and integrations within SailPoint using Java, Bean, and API frameworks. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex SailPoint IdentityIQ issues, including performance tuning and optimization. Security Standards & Audits: Support internal and external audit functions by providing detailed access reports, implementing corrective actions, and closing security gaps. Innovation & Improvements: Continuously evaluate and improve IAM processes, implementing automation where possible and ensuring scalability of IAM systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM). 7 to 10 years of experience working specifically with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including installation, configuration, and development. Strong understanding of SailPoint IdentityIQ architecture, APIs, and integration strategies. Experience with Java, Bean scripting, and REST/SOAP API development. Deep understanding of identity governance concepts such as RBAC, ABAC, provisioning, certification, SOD (Segregation of Duties). Experience with integration of SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure), and HR Systems (Workday, SAP). Hands-on experience with role mining, access reviews, policy management, and certification campaigns. Knowledge of compliance standards such as SOX, GDPR, and best practices in security and identity governance. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into business outcomes. SailPoint Certifications are a plus.
