We are seeking H1B candidates from third-party vendors Rate : $45/hr on C2C Expertise in ITSM, CSM, Virtual Agent, and Engagement Messenger. Experience working with Scoped Applications and Now Experience UI Framework. Hands-on experience with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers. Understanding of ServiceNow Security, Access Controls (ACLS), and Performance Optimization. Experience with Al & Automation in ServiceNow (Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Machine Learning models). Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required.
