Your resume has been identified in our database as a potential fit for an opening with one of our clients*** P Data Solution Architect Recent Healthcare Domain experience and P is MUST Location St Louis, MO (Remote) Contract Start ASAP Job Description: Role Overview: The Data Solution Architect (DSA) is responsible for designing, implementing and managing the data solutions. The DSA will work in a collaborative team environment to assess requirements, define data/technical strategy and deliver solutions. The DSA must also have a vision for proper data management, system design and will help drive strategies around implementing and improving data solutions. In addition, the DSA should have strong ability to explore new tools and pilot POC/POV and new solutions. Mandatory skills: 1. 15+ years of experience in data strategy, architecture, data integration with at least 5 years in Architect role 2. Healthcare domain experience 3. BigQuery, Dataproc, DataFlow, DataForm, CloudSQL, Spanner, etc 4. Expertise in ETL/ELT 5. Third party integration experience with Salesforce etc 6. Microservices architecture 7. Proficiency in programming languages and scripting for automation 8. Experience with BI tools 9. Experience working in various database systems and hands on experience in data warehousing technology 10. Must be able to design solution including data flow diagrams, process diagrams, use case models 11. Discover, analyze and scope data requirements Key Responsibilities: Perform required due diligence and define/design data strategy/architecture that aligns with business objectives, ensuring data integrity, availability and security Design and establish data management frameworks, including data ingestion, storage, processing and retrieval process that support operational and analytical needs Design and establish data integration patterns including third party SaaS integration covering batch, near real time and realtime needs Evaluate and select appropriate (and emerging) technologies/tools that meets the business needs Work closely with stakeholders across the organization, including external teams, product managers, developers and and enable collaborative data culture Discover, analyze and scope data requirements & create high level process models to represent processes for the area under analysis Proactively research and share emerging technologies and right solution fitment Arrive at solutions including data flow diagrams, process diagrams, use case models, etc Guide & mentor junior Architects and Data Engineers Qualification & Skills Required: Bachelors or Masters degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field 10+ years of experience in data strategy, architecture, data integration with at least 5 years in Architect role Healthcare domain experience Strong hands-on experience with cloud data solutions. Particularly with P services like BigQuery, Dataproc, DataFlow, DataForm, CloudSQL, Spanner, etc Implementation experience of cloud architecture patterns Exposure to multiple cloud data solutions Expertise in ETL/ELT Tools, Services and frameworks for handling large scale data processing Exposure to various data integration patterns supporting batch, near realtime, real time with hands on implementation experience including Tools, API, pub/sub, etc Hands on third party integration experience with Salesforce, etc Experience with Microservices architecture preferred Understanding of AI and machine learning frameworks Proficiency in programming languages and scripting for automation Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a focus on delivering high quality data solutions Proficiency with a range of database systems and hands on experience in data warehousing technologies Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams in data architecture/engineering best practices Demonstrated experience with BI tools Strong interpersonal and communication skill Tekshapers is an equal opportunity employer and will consider all applications without regards to race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information or any characteristic protected by law.
