Design intake and ticketing process improvements Implement queue monitoring and escalation guidelines Perform root cause analysis of help desk issues Identify automation opportunities for common tasks Create help desk user training materials Draft knowledge base articles for self-service Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Monitor and analyze help desk performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Qualifications & Experience Masters or Bachelor's in Computers, Information Technology, or a related field 12 to 15 years experience in IAM domain and Risk Governance Experience of designing and implementing IAM solutions across various tools and technologies. Understanding of IAM security framework, principles, and technologies. Working knowledge of best industry practices and industry standards for IAM and Risk Governance Excellent communication Skills.
