Overview:

We
are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ServiceNow Business Analyst
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as a crucial liaison
between stakeholders and our ServiceNow development team, ensuring that
business needs are accurately translated into effective ServiceNow solutions.
This role requires a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, excellent
communication skills, and a proven ability to manage requirements throughout
the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Stakeholder
Engagement:

Conduct thorough interviews, workshops, and meetings
with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and needs
within the ServiceNow platform.

Build and maintain strong relationships with
stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Facilitate clear and effective communication between
business users and the development team.

Requirements
Gathering and Documentation:

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements,
functional requirements, and non-functional requirements related to
ServiceNow implementations.

Translate business requirements into clear and concise
user stories within the ServiceNow platform.

Create detailed process flows, use cases, and other
relevant documentation.

Backlog
Management:

Maintain and prioritize the ServiceNow development
backlog.

Groom user stories with the development team to ensure
clarity and feasibility.

Assign user stories to ServiceNow developers and track
progress.

Testing
and Quality Assurance:

Develop and execute test cases to validate that
ServiceNow solutions meet business requirements.

Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather
feedback from stakeholders.

Identify and document defects and work with the
development team to resolve them.

ServiceNow
Expertise:

Maintain a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its
capabilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus
on the ServiceNow platform.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and
functionalities (e.g., ITSM, ITIL, etc.).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and
communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong documentation skills.

Certified in ServiceNow (Admin or Developer).
