Must have: ELK, Apigee, Docker Roles & Responsibilities Act as an L2/L3 support lead, troubleshooting API performance, latency, and security issue Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and escalation for critical API issues. Monitor Apigee API Gateway health, analytics, and logs to proactively prevent failures. Work closely with development, DevOps, and cloud teams to improve API performance. Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks for support teams. Lead a team of API support engineers, providing mentorship and technical guidance. Coordinate with Google Cloud Support for resolving Apigee platform-level issues. Must be ready for 24*7 on-call support Required Skills & Experience: 6-10 years of experience in API support, preferably in Apigee or similar API Gateway. Strong knowledge of Apigee policies, security, and troubleshooting techniques. Experience in log analysis using Splunk, ELK, or Apigee Edge Analytics. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud-based deployments. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and automation for API support.
