The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and EPM applications, with a focus on design, development, and optimization of financial reporting and planning solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Hyperion Essbase, Planning, and EPM solutions. Architect Hyperion applications to optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability. Develop and implement data integration solutions between Hyperion, ERP, and other financial systems. Support and enhance existing Hyperion Planning and Essbase applications. Develop and maintain calculation scripts, business rules, and Essbase cubes. Work closely with finance and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in Essbase databases and Planning applications. Ensure best practices in Hyperion EPM architecture, security, and performance tuning. Provide technical documentation and training for end-users and administrators. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Hyperion Essbase, Planning, and EPM. Strong expertise in Essbase cube design, calculations, and optimization. Experience with Hyperion Financial Reports (HFR), SmartView, and FDMEE. Knowledge of EPMA, HFM, DRM, and Hyperion security models. Proficiency in SQL, MDX, and scripting languages for automation. Experience integrating Hyperion with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems. Strong problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
