Experience with planning, deploying, and managing Cisco Room OS video conferencing endpoints and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR). Knowledgeable in A/V systems, including Crestron, Sound Control Technologies, Tricaster, Biamp, Shure, and projectors (e.g., Epson, NEC), as well as BrightSign players. Business Responsibilities: Maintain a proactive, positive, and professional attitude when supporting all levels of teammates. Full-time, in-office presence required. Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Manage and resolve escalated issues quickly and efficiently. Collaborate with engineering, application development, configuration management, quality assurance (QA), production support, and other technical/business stakeholders.
