Key Responsibilities:
o Lead the implementation of a Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solution, leveraging Google's CCaaS platform.
o Configure the CCaaS platform to meet the organization's specific needs.
o Integrate the CCaaS solution with other systems, such as CRM and telephony systems.
o Monitor CCaaS performance and make adjustments as needed.
