FTE who resigned was not a good fit for ACI, moving back towards more Lean/Agile roots Transition throughout 2025. What this means: ACI has 3 release trains, they aren't well formed, not based on value networks or value strings, based on org structures. Have a ton of cross-stream dependencies. "Were not going to call these things release trains, but we're going to ID the teams that always have to work together to focus on some kind of work" I.e.
