This role requires a mandatory IEC 62443 certification to ensure the security of industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of risk management, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance, with NIST experience preferred. Key Responsibilities: Lead large-scale cybersecurity programs focused on IEC 62443 compliance for industrial control systems (ICS). Develop and implement risk assessment frameworks and security policies in alignment with IEC 62443, NIST, and other industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, OT, engineering, and executive leadership, to drive security initiatives. Oversee program roadmaps, budgets, and stakeholder communications, ensuring timely execution. Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks in industrial environments. Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and security best practices for ICS/OT networks. Ensure alignment with business objectives, operational needs, and industry security trends. Required Qualifications: IEC 62443 Certification (Mandatory) Candidates without this certification will not be considered. Proven experience in cybersecurity program management within industrial, energy, or manufacturing sectors. Strong understanding of industrial security standards, including NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, and related frameworks. Extensive experience leading complex programs with multiple stakeholders across IT, OT, and executive leadership. Ability to manage risk assessments, compliance initiatives, and cybersecurity governance frameworks. Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage both technical and non-technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: NIST experience in cybersecurity risk management and compliance. Experience working with critical infrastructure or industrial automation.
