Please find the job details below: Job Title: ServiceNow Architect Location: San Antonio, TX (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Summary: A ServiceNow Enterprise Architect : Aligning an organizations technology infrastructure with its business strategy. Primary responsibility is to develop and maintain the architecture framework that guides the development and deployment of IT systems, ensuring all components work together seamlessly. Key Responsibilities: - Enterprise Architecture Design: Create and maintain the architecture framework that guides IT system development and deployment. - Architecture Governance: Establish and enforce governance policies to ensure IT projects adhere to architecture standards. - Strategic Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to develop long-term IT strategies that support business goals. - Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams. - Technology Evaluation: Assess new technologies to determine their suitability for the organization. - Change Management: Oversee IT change management processes to ensure changes align with the enterprise architecture - Reduce risk and future-proof the organization - Analyse current inventory and eliminate duplicate or unhelpful apps - Develop a detailed blueprint of structures and operations and Promote team alignment and standardization - Improve product and service delivery and enhance innovation and resilience - Collaborate with Product Owner and Customer(s) Stakeholders to: Understand timeline, effort agreements and known risks Communicate regularly with Product Owner Understand customer requirements, Business Value, and Cost of Delays of each solution/effort- Collaborate with impacted Product Management to: Communicate customer solution intent Determine customer solution forecasts Gain acceptance and commitment of Features as assigned during PI Planning Understand status of committed Features and Stories associated- Collaborate with Project Team Review and document all IT and Business requirements and risks to support a solution and rollout Remove/escalate obstacles from team members that hinder progress Understand support teams processes, SLO s and requests needed to support solutions Understand status of committed Features and Stories Thanks & Regards, Pradeep Sharma Email: pradeep.sharma@scalable-systems.com "Scalable Systems is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
