UID: 92b553f9530540fea975b93a2f9b1cf7 Job Title: Salesforce Developer Location: HYBRID - Detroit, MI Job Type: C2C Position Experience: 10+ Years Note: Need only LOCAL to MI with DL Proof Job Description:The Sr. Salesforce Platform Developer leads and supports the existing Salesforce system landscape and drives the development of CRM use cases on the Lightning platform. This role is responsible for designing solutions that align with the company's privacy and security policies, ensuring high-quality customer data management, and optimizing CRM processes. Responsibilities: Serve as Salesforce functional subject matter expert. Lead the integration of Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware (REST/SOAP). Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions. Maintain and improve CI/CD processes for Salesforce deployments. Implement AI-driven features using Salesforce Einstein, GPT APIs, and other predictive tools. Map business requirements into native Salesforce functionality. Provide best practice guidance regarding configuration vs. customization. Design technical architecture and data integration strategies. Conduct feasibility analysis of business requirements. Validate Salesforce object models. Guide mapping of key roadmap components. Execute domain testing of applications. Document and analyze business processes using modeling tools. Work with marketing agency partners to consult and support marketing campaigns. Technical Experience: 5-7 years of experience as a Salesforce and/or Web Developer implementing Salesforce & Web solutions. 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Platform Consultant. Experience integrating AI or automation into Salesforce workflows. Familiarity with Git, SFDX, and modern CI/CD practices. Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Service Cloud as a developer & administrator. Strong experience in using Apex Classes, Visualforce pages, and customizing portals. Proficiency with SOQL, Process Builder, and Lightning components for UI. Development experience on SF Community Cloud is desired. Strong working knowledge of XML, HTML, CSS, WSDL, SOAP, and JSON. Proficiency in Oracle 12C, SQL Plus & TOAD. Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I, & SF App Builder certifications are required. Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and concepts. Strong analytical skills similar to a data scientist. Automotive & CRM industry experience is a plus.
