Gather and analyze business requirements to design and configure D365 F&O solutions. Customize modules such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Retail. Conduct fit-gap analysis, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure functionality. Provide user training, go-live support, and post-implementation optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams for seamless integration. Document system configurations and business process flows. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fields; a Masters or certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are preferred. 58+ years of experience in ERP implementation or consulting roles. Expertise in finance modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable) and other functional areas like supply chain or manufacturing. Skills: Strong business analysis and project management capabilities. Proficiency in end-to-end implementation cycles (design to deployment). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to adapt to changing environments and work independently or as part of a team.
