Proactively identify and mitigate risks to successful change, collaborating with technical teams and PMO. Develop consistent communications and change strategies aligned with project workstreams, talent strategies, and best practices. Support the implementation of change and communication strategies. Facilitate workshops and training sessions for stakeholders on ServiceNow processes and functionalities. Monitor and analyze post-implementation performance for continuous improvement. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure clear communication and process understanding. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of OCM experience. Minimum of 4 years in business process consulting/analysis, focusing on IT service management systems, preferably with ServiceNow. OCM experience in ServiceNow engagements is a plus. Strong stakeholder/client management skills with the ability to influence and build consensus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. PROSCI certification in OCM preferred.
