Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint-related issues. Manage user access and permissions within SailPoint. Perform regular audits of the SailPoint environment. Identity Governance and Compliance: Implement and enforce identity governance policies and procedures. Conduct access reviews and certifications. Generate and analyze access reports. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR). Automate compliance reporting. Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with security, IT, and business teams.
