Description: Implement and configure new ServiceNow modules based on business requirements. Work on integrating new groups (e.g., Accounts Payable) into ServiceNow for request management. Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications, such as Cloud ALM and various external tools. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within ServiceNow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide technical solutions. Ensure the platform remains optimized, secure, and scalable as we continue to expand its capabilities. Requirements: Strong experience with ServiceNow development and customization. Familiarity with ServiceNow modules and integration capabilities. Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teams.
