Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and technical solutions for Salesforce customization and configuration. Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and other technical teams to ensure requirements are implemented effectively. Design and document business processes, workflows, and reports in Salesforce, ensuring they align with business needs and optimize system functionality Manage and prioritize a backlog of business requests, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within agreed timelines. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce processes, configurations, and changes. Stay up to date on new Salesforce features and functionalities and make recommendations for leveraging new capabilities to meet business goals. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar business analysis role. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and AppExchange applications. Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or Salesforce Business Analyst certification is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business processes. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Agile methodologies. Experience with project management tools such as JIRA.
