Deep understanding of Oracle R12 Discrete Manufacturing modules (Work in Process, Inventory, Bills of Material) .2. Knowledge of discrete manufacturing processes, including shop floor control, material control, and job management. 3. Ability to configure and customize Oracle R12 to meet specific manufacturing requirements. Implementation & Support: 1. Participate in all stages of Oracle R12 implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live. 2. Provide ongoing support for Oracle R12 Discrete Manufacturing, addressing user issues and ensuring system stability. 3. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures. Process Improvement: 1. Identify areas for process improvement within the manufacturing organization and propose solutions using Oracle R12 capabilities. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle R12 with other business systems .Training & Knowledge Transfer: 1. Provide training to end-users on Oracle R12 Discrete Manufacturing modules. 2. Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials. Problem Solving: 1. Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Oracle R12 Discrete Manufacturing. 2. Escalate issues to Oracle support when necessary. Specific Tasks: 1. Manage Bills of Material (BOMs) and Routings for discrete jobs. 2. Configure and manage shop floor transactions, such as move, completion, and scrap. 3. Monitor job status and identify potential bottlenecks. 4. Generate and analyze reports related to manufacturing performance. 5. Work with Oracle MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for enhanced shop floor execution capabilities .Technical Skills: 1. Strong SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML/BI Publisher, and Workflow skills. 2. Experience with Oracle EBS R12 and OPM modules. 3. Ability to debug and troubleshoot issues. Soft Skills: 1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4.
