[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Helllo, ONBASE Business Analyst Remote SME Description: Collaborates on business content capture, storage, and retrieval requirements analysis, suggesting appropriate solutions. Creates most new OnBase objects, OnBase embedded workflow and process logic, OnBase custom queries, OnBase scripting, OnBase forms, OnBase reporting, and any external OnBase supporting customized applications in Development. Supervises work related to the planning and engineering of an organization's systems infrastructure. Collaborates with technical and project teams, software vendors and resellers, and third party technicians. Makes Recommendations for product enhancements and managing business unit expectations of OnBase Systems. Migrates OnBase solutions through multiple environments IT environments and maintain awareness of upgrades, patches, and functional module additions to the software used, and oversee implementation and configuration as appropriate. SQL Scripting to generate custom reports for billing and analytics purposes. Involved in integrating content management solutions with other software applications on various platforms. Designs, Develops and maintains complex OnBase workflow applications to automate and digitize paper based business processes across various State agencies. Troubleshooting the applications using logs, traces, verbose, Hyland Diagnostic Console and windows event viewer logs to resolve infrastructure and second tier issues within the enterprise content management systems. Conducst preliminary investigation for all OnBase project requests and review requirements, specifications, test, support and training plans to ensure they are in line with business objectives of the OnBase project. Participates in root cause analysis to recommend product enhancements for OnBase platform. Resolves problems and Change tickets with different teams using ticket management and tracking tools. Suggests and maintains best practices for the enterprise content management systems. Unity and/or REST API experience JSON, Java, .NET experience Required: Bachelors or higher degree in a related field, or its equivalent, related to this field of work or work experience related to job description and the necessary competencies.
