Ability to manage and lead teams effectively to drive results in software development and sales operations. Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 customization and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification. Previous experience in team leadership and project management.
