Advance trouble shooting for Incidents which are not resolved by L2 team Management of IBM all-flash storage including storage provisioning, replication, copy data management, and monitoring/alerting Management of NetApp NAS storage (incl. but not limited to: on-prem NAS, CVO and On Tap FSx) management, including storage provisioning, replication, monitoring/alerting both On-Prem and cloud Management of Dell Power Max storage including provisioning, SRDF/A, SnapVX, and monitoring/alerting. Uni sphere and Solution Enabler management Dell Unity/VNX/Power Store/Isilon/QNAP storage management Management of Dell Clariion, HP EVA, NetApp 7-mode storage (legacy interfaces and technologies) Cisco MDS SAN switch management, including fabric ISL interconnects and SAN zoning Configure and perform upgrades for Cisco DCNM for Cisco MDS SAN switch monitoring and alerting Manage code upgrades across IBM storage, Dell storage, NetApp Storage and Cisco MDS SAN switches Measure and track compute/storage capacity, performance, and HA metrics across all storage and SAN platforms Troubleshoot and manage component failures, hw/sw issues, and performance issues across IBM storage, Dell storage, NetApp Storage and Cisco MDS SAN switches Configure call-home feature for IBM, Dell, NetApp and Cisco SAN switches Automate storage provisioning and SAN zoning Configure Microsoft DFS links for NAS paths QNAP storage management Manage and monitor Data migration, replication across regions Manage lifecycle of storage infrastructure including patch, upgrade and tech refresh activity.
