The Principal must possess a thorough understanding of business processes and the ability to design, configure, and deploy solutions to support them. This position interacts with processing teams, vendors, and all SGWS departments and systems integrated with SAP ECC and S/4 HANA. The Principal SAP Configurator will assist Technology Teams, Shared Services and Business Analysts; prepare functional specifications, design, configure, and support SAP ECC AND S/4 HANA core modules. This role will assist subject matter experts with gap analysis, process definition and systems enhancements and will be expected to provide a high level of service for break-fix incidents and requests. Duties and Responsibilities Determine opportunities to redesign or automate business processes and functions to achieve better business results Serve as a liaison between SGWS functional teams and IT for enhancements and projects Prepare functional specifications, user-guides, and assist with business requirements documentation Assist Quality Assurance Team with testing, strategy, and planning Support the SAP business and the development teams Communicate systems and procedural changes to end users through excellent written and oral communications Provide end-user training / increase end user proficiency and adoption of implemented solutions Understand, communicate, and reinforce standard business process concepts and methodology within the IT organization Establish and maintain relationships with SGWS technical and functional teams Mentor and coach team members Perform other job-related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and seven + years of experience Ability to train and assist users and QA team members Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills Experience in IT working with SAP ECC, S/4 HANA and other Finance Applications Excellent interpersonal, customer service, analytical/problem solving, problem management, presentation development, presentation, and communications skills Expert understanding of business processes Expert understanding of IT processes and ability to translate and communicate technical concepts into business language and vice versa Strong team player with a willingness to collaborate and coach Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to document and translate business process requirements to provide technology solutions Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at appropriate levels within assigned business units Experience with and knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4 HANA and other Finance Applications Subject matter expertise in multiple SAP functional areas Capability to understand SGWS' application portfolio as well as how the different systems contribute to daily business operations Preferred Qualifications SAP Functional Modules and other Finance Applications Knowledge: FI - General Ledger FI - Accounts Payable FI - Accounts Receivable FI - Asset Accounting FI - Cash Management FI - Special Purpose Ledge FI - Travel Management FI - Real Estate Management FI - Taxes CO - Overhead Cost CO - Product Cost CO - Cost Center Accounting CO - Profitability Analysis CO - Profit Center Accounting FSCM - Financial Supply Chain Management Vistex - Vendor Maintenance BW - Business Warehousing SAP Ariba SAP Concur SAP Fieldglass SAP Banks Interface (BOA, etc.) Biller Direct Blackline GLSU Supplier Billbacks Motus Vertex Reporting QGM Disaster recovery experience Project Web Server proficiency and ability to perform project planning Keywords: quality analyst sfour information technology business works green card Colorado Florida Idaho Texas Hybrid Title: Principal SAP ECC 4 HANA Configurator US Citizen, GC Holders,H4EAD neeraj@stackdelta.com https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2314768&uid= |
