Execute planned CM/CTRM Workshops / Demos Business Process Document for desired future state processes Identify, list & categorize Gaps (RICEFWs) Interim Configuration & Functional Design to support limited RICEFWs developed by SI for POC scope. This interim POC work may require to be modified by Partner during the Realize phase Effort estimate for continuing the Advisors for SAP Scope of the balance project (Realize-Deploy) Work with Partner to activate CM/CTRM SAP best practice business processes (configurations) in the N+1 Development system provisioned by customer.
