Role: UI UX Designer Required Experience/Clearance Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of experience, or a Master's degree plus 5 years of experience. Experience with usability testing, including preparing test plans and associated wireframes, facilitating test sessions, analyzing data, and reporting and presenting results. Experience with creating and documenting information design concepts and solutions by various means, including wireframes, prototypes, and task flow diagrams. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience making presentations to and interacting with end-users. Prior experience conducting user interviews and contextual inquiries. Experience with user tracking and metrics tooling such as Matomo. Experience with visualization of user metrics using Qlik and/or Tableau.
