From: Sonali Tiwari, TEK Inspirations sonali.tiwari@tekinspirations.com Reply to: sonali.tiwari@tekinspirations.com Job Description - SAP GTS Analyst Remote 2 years Duration: Through 1/22/2027 Discovery Phase: 4 months (Jun 2025 Sept 2025) Plan/Design Phase: 4 months (Oct 2025 Jan 2026) Build Phase: 5 months (Feb 2026 Jun 2026) Test Phase: 3 months (Jul 2026 Sept 2026) Phased Go-Live/Hypercare: 4 months (Oct 2026 Jan 2027) Interview Process: 1 Zoom Interview Collins Digital Technology (DT) is looking for contract resources to support the extension of the existing Collins GTS (e4H) instance to multiple Collins non-SAP ERP systems that are currently ITAR certified, with active ITAR shipments. The focus of this extension will target the non-SAP ERP systems (Quantum, ShopTech, InforCom, Epicor, Baan) to use core GTS functionality. Currently, these non-SAP ERP systems either use home-grown or COTS compliance software to ensure compliance. Existing custom GTS functionality such as the automated AES solution (Seeburger interface) and FTZ (UPS interface) will not be included in this extension. As GTS is extended to these ITAR ERPs/sites, their current compliance systems and functionality will be decommissioned accordingly. This work has been identified for remediation as part of the RTX Consent Agreement. REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years experience of hands-on SAP configuration experience in SAP GTS Focus on the core GTS functions: SPL Screening, Embargo, Licensing/Legal Regulations, Classification Experience connecting GTS to connecting GTS to non-SAP ERPs like: (Quantum, ShopTech, InforCom, Epicor, Baan) Hands-on experience writing new functional test scripts Experience with SAP ECC/S4 HANA processes Experience with integration between SAP GTS and other SAP modules Experience writing functional specifications PLUS SKILLS: SAP GTS Certification RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, planning, developing, testing, documenting, and implementing processes for this project Produce design blueprints/technical specs in alignment with the project architect(s). Complete Quality Review process with technical development resources. Write/deliver functional specifications. Complete Quality Review process with technical development resources. Troubleshoot and perform basic debugging to solve application or configuration issues. Document the technical solutions designed as part of this project. Create training materials and deliver training to over 20+ users in partnership with Global Trade. Support data transformation. Provide go-live support through to stabilization.
