https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2315494&uid= Job Title: ERP Finance Consultant (Dynamics 365 F&O) Senior Role Remote Role USC GC Only Key Responsibilities: ERP Finance Solutions Implementation : Lead the implementation and optimization of solutions in Dynamics 365 F&O, with a focus on core finance modules such as Ledger, Bank, Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP). Subject Matter Expert (SME) : Provide expert guidance and leadership as an SME in ERP Finance, with deep knowledge and hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Program and Project Management : Demonstrate master-level proficiency in Project Management (PM) to oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring that financial goals and timelines are met. Influence and Advisory : Leverage advisory skills to influence key stakeholders and team decisions. Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring financial strategies align with business objectives. Cross-functional Collaboration : Engage with multiple teams across the organization to contribute to key decisions, provide solutions to problems, and ensure the optimization of financial processes across the ERP system. Strategic Financial Planning : Develop and implement strategic financial plans within the ERP system, ensuring that financial processes are aligned with best practices and drive informed decision-making. Training and Knowledge Sharing : Lead training sessions for team members and clients to enhance understanding of ERP Finance functionalities and promote adoption of best practices within the organization. Required Qualifications: Experience : 10+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O), with a strong focus on financial modules (Ledger, Bank, Fixed Assets, AR & AP). Project Management : Proven expertise in Program and Project Management (PM), with a history of managing large-scale ERP implementations successfully. Subject Matter Expertise : Extensive experience as an SME in the financial modules of Dynamics 365 F&O. Eligibility : U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders (GC) only. Leadership Skills : Strong influencing and advisory skills to guide teams and stakeholders toward informed decisions. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications : Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems. Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
