Role: Lead Informatica Developer(Insurance Domain P&C Exp) Location: San Antonio, TX(Hybrid) Visa: Only H1B with PPnum Mandatory Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: Total IT Experience required 11+ Years 10+ years of experience in Informatica development, with 3+ years in a lead role. Proven experience working within the Insurance domain specifically in P&C Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter, IDQ, and/or IICS. Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modelling, and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake). Experience with data quality and governance best practices. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
