Job Title : Operation Support Location : Chicago, IL / Charlotte, NC - Onsite Duration: Long term Contract 1 SRE type of resource Someone with strong monitoring/alerting response skills. Experience with New Relic and other monitoring tools. Capable of responding with remediation and/or escalations. Can assist with day-to-day tickets during downtime. 2 L2 app support team member Schedule to be determined by the team. Suggested 4-5+ years of experience (not for new graduates). Application Support Analyst responsible for: Tier 3 troubleshooting. Ticket/incident updates, resolution, and reporting for Coyote Software and integrated systems. Ensuring a stable environment for business and stakeholders. Critical Functions: Master understanding of Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) and sev-2 policies. Actively provide support and information during outages/events. Daily monitoring and quick alert responses to keep business-critical applications running. Coordinate with development teams to: Identify and address bugs. Support product teams with new functionality. Resolve escalated end-user incidents. Lead collaboration with Dev, Server Team, etc., to maintain and improve Observability (New Relic, etc.), Monitoring & Alerting. Become an expert in Problem Management processes and ensure adherence. Continual Improvement: Recognize system and process inefficiencies. Work cross-functionally on recommended improvement actions. Technical responsibilities: Creation/modification/upkeep of SQL & Power Scripts. Creation/modification/upkeep of the Teams Knowledge Base. Ownership of vertical cross-training & knowledge transfer.
