The initiative is managed using a waterfall schedule and feeds into two-week sprints for multiple work groups. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on driving change management and maintaining momentum across various workgroups. You will work closely with the core team, project coordinator, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful program and project execution. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the overall program and projects related to the strategic roadmap initiative. Work closely with the project coordinator to manage schedules, prepare sprint cycles, and maintain the control log (risk/issues, action items, decisions, and questions). Facilitate meetings, plan sprints, and support organizational change management efforts. Help maintain momentum across multiple workgroups and align efforts with program goals and timelines. Communicate with all levels of the organization to ensure clear understanding of objectives and deliverables. Assist in obtaining buy-in from stakeholders and foster collaboration across teams. Provide executive-level communication, both written and verbal, to relay progress, risks, and milestones. Ensure adherence to PMBOK standards in risk, issue, and change management processes. Support the strategic planning and portfolio management efforts, especially in relation to organizational change management. Required Qualifications: Experience: 8+ years of program management experience, including managing large-scale, cross-functional projects. PMP Certification: Required Smartsheet Experience: Familiarity with working as an editor in Smartsheet (Dashboards, Reports, Sheets, Intake Forms). Schedule Management Experience: 4 years Risk and Issue Management: Experience in risk and issue management based on PMBOK. 4 years Change Management: 4 years of experience in managing change in dynamic environments, based on PMBOK. Sprints Management: 2 years of experience managing sprints. Executive Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with executives and all levels of the organization. 4 years. Portfolio Management: 2 years of experience managing portfolios and programs. Organization Change Management (OCM): 2 years of experience managing programs with heavy OCM focus. Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). 1 year WebEx and Teams Experience: Familiarity with collaboration tools (WebEx, Teams). 1 year Desired Qualifications: Experience with Strategic Planning: 2 years of experience in strategic planning efforts. Scrum Master Certification: Highly preferred Smartsheet Experience: Prior experience working in Smartsheet workspaces for managing multiple projects. Additional Information: References: 3 references required. Work Environment: This is an onsite role based in Columbus, Ohio. Local candidates preferred. Duration: 12 months, with potential for extension based on project needs.
