Years of experience needed 8 to 10 years of experience Technical Skills: Manages and maintains the Windows-based systems and networks of an organization, ensuring smooth operation, security, and performance by installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software System Management: Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and workstations. User Management: Create, manage, and maintain user accounts and permissions. Security: Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and access controls. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with Windows systems and applications. Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement. Backup and Recovery: Implement and maintain backup and recovery procedures. Software Updates: Deploy and manage software updates and patches. Hardware Maintenance: Assist with the installation and maintenance of hardware components. Firewall change requests: Submit detailed firewall change requests. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of systems and procedures. Support: Provide technical support to end-users. Automation: Ansible or other IT automation platform. Certifications Needed: Bachelor's or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
