Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve integration-related issues. Actively participate in testing activities, including integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Maintain and manage defect logs, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution of issues. Track project status, provide regular updates, and ensure the timely delivery of integration solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to optimize integration processes. Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors to ensure smooth system performance. Continuously improve monitoring, alerting, and telemetry for integration solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in integration technologies. Hands-on experience with Boomi. Strong understanding of integration patterns, API management, and middleware solutions. Experience with testing methodologies, defect tracking, and status reporting. Knowledge of cloud-based integrations and enterprise applications. Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Strong communication skills to interact with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
