Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data analysts, business users, database administrators) to ensure data integration needs are met. Team Management: Mentor and guide ETL developers on technical best practices and problem-solving. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Recruit and hire new ETL developers as needed. Data Governance: Establish data quality standards and metrics to monitor data integrity. Implement data security protocols to protect sensitive information. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. Required Skills and Experience: Strong technical expertise in ETL concepts and tools: Deep understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading techniques, proficiency in at least one major ETL tool.
