As a core member of the SAP Center of Excellence (COE), you will lead the design, standardization, and optimization of manufacturing processes on SAP S/4HANA, ensuring they align with business goals and industry best practices. Your deep expertise in manufacturing execution, planning, and integration will enable scalable solutions and operational excellence across global sites. Key Responsibilities: Lead the SAP COE manufacturing workstream, focusing on SAP PP, PP-DS, MES integration, QM, and EWM. Define and standardize global manufacturing processes within the SAP S/4HANA landscape. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand manufacturing requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions. Act as the solution owner and subject matter expert for all manufacturing-related SAP processes and systems. Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives in production planning, shop floor integration, and process automation. Provide governance and oversight for manufacturing-related SAP implementations, enhancements, and support efforts. Partner with IT, business units, and external vendors to ensure project alignment and successful delivery. Ensure process and system integration across related SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, EWM, IBP, CO). Monitor emerging technologies and trends in smart manufacturing and drive adoption where applicable. Develop and maintain SAP documentation, training materials, and best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field. 8+ years of SAP experience, with a strong focus on manufacturing processes and S/4HANA. Proven leadership in managing SAP COE functions or leading large-scale SAP manufacturing implementations. In-depth knowledge of SAP PP, PP-DS, QM, and integration with MES or shop floor systems. Familiarity with EWM, IBP, and advanced planning tools. Strong understanding of CPG or discrete/process manufacturing environments. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Qualifications: SAP S/4HANA certification in Manufacturing or related modules. Experience with SAP BTP, Fiori apps for shop floor, or SAP DMC (Digital Manufacturing Cloud). Lean/Six Sigma certification or exposure to Lean manufacturing concepts. Global project experience, preferably in multi-site or multi-country implementations.
