Creating and analyzing reports to identify trends and insights. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable strategies. Implementing GA4 tracking and other data sources. Developing and maintaining self-service reporting and analytics capabilities. Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Looker Studio or Google Data Studio. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. Strong understanding of data visualization principles. Ability to communicate data insights effectively. Experience with LookML (Looker Modeling Language). Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other relevant area of study. 3+ years of experience as a Looker Developer Expert knowledge of LookML, including the ability to create and maintain coding standards and style guides for LookML development Experience with ETL tools such as Fivetran, Stitch, or Talend Experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, or Snowflake Experience working with healthcare data is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology and experience working on a team using this methodology Proven ability to work in a rapid development environment with a strong emphasis on quality and delivery. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
