In-depth knowledge and experience in Oracle Peoplesoft Financials in the Public Sector. b. Knowledge of PeopleSoft financials includes non-profit accounting modules (KK, AR, AP, Grants, GL) HR/Payroll best practices which can be translated to financial and HR/Payroll practices. c. Experience in the functional use of Oracle Peoplesoft Financials on at least two project implementations within the last 5 years to include testing, quality assurance, and training. d. Experience with business system integration with Oracle PeopleSoft Financials. Additional Knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience: a. The experience and skills in analyzing critical application and data accuracies to identify overall adherence to approved and expected results. b. Experience documenting business process needs and system requirements in a legible and complete way that thoroughly captures business processes and inputs/outputs of the applications. c. Experience monitoring proposed changes to approved operational procedures and business processes. d. Experience in overseeing testing, quality assurance, and training activities e. Experience and skills to identify correction, prevention and improvement opportunities and facilitate their implementation f. Knowledge of Peoplesoft Financials Contracts and Grants module g. Knowledge of data flow and integrating PeopleSoft Financial modules, such as GL, PO, AP, AM, AR, PR, and CM h.
