It also involves data conversion, benefits administration, and report writing (standard, matrix, advanced, and trending reports), as well as working with custom business objects. Key technical skills include payroll, time tracking, attendance management, inbound/outbound EIBs, and custom integrations. Additionally, experience in event management, release management, self-service configuration, and security (security groups, domain security policies, and functional area security policies) is necessary.
