We do have an opportunity for Senior/Lead SAP EWM/TM Techno-Functional Consultant If anyone interested in this position kindly share your updated resume Here is a concise job description Job Title: Senior/Lead SAP EWM/TM Techno-Functional Consultant Location: Bay Area, CA - Onsite Duration: 6 months+ Contract Rate: $80-85/hr on C2C Visa USC / GC / H4 EAD & H1 B We are seeking a Senior/Lead SAP EWM/TM Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), SAP Transportation Management (TM), and SAP Logistics Execution (LE). The ideal candidate must have 15+ years of experience in SAP logistics and supply chain modules, with a strong focus on Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences regulatory requirements. This role involves leading end-to-end SAP EWM/TM implementations, system integrations, and process optimizations while ensuring compliance with GxP, FDA, GMP, and GDP standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Architect and design SAP EWM solutions for large-scale Pharma warehouses. Implement Advanced Warehouse Processes (Inbound, Outbound, Wave Picking, Slotting, HU & SU management). Integrate SAP QM (Quality Management) with EWM for batch and serial number tracking. Work with automated warehouses, robotics, RFID, and barcode scanning solutions. Ensure compliance with GMP & FDA regulations for pharma warehouse operations. 2. SAP TM (Transportation Management) Develop end-to-end SAP TM solutions for Cold Chain & Temperature-Controlled Logistics. Configure Freight Planning, Freight Costing, Load Optimization, and Route Planning. Integrate SAP TM with EWM, SD, MM, and 3PL service providers. Work with Carrier Integration, Track & Trace, and IoT-based real-time monitoring. Implement SAP TM Freight Settlement & Cost Allocation for transportation compliance. 3. SAP Logistics Execution (LE) Design and optimize Warehouse & Transportation processes in SAP LE. Configure Goods Movement, Picking Strategies, and Delivery Processing. Implement SAP LE-TRA (Transportation) and LE-WM (Warehouse Management) solutions. Manage Shipment Costing & Freight Billing integrations with SAP TM. 4. SAP Techno-Functional Expertise Hands-on experience with SAP ABAP for Enhancements, BAPIs, BADIs, IDocs, RFCs, and Fiori apps. Lead SAP EWM/TM system integrations with ERP, 3PLs, and external WMS/TMS systems. Work on S/4HANA migration & decentralization of EWM for global Pharma supply chains. Optimize Performance Tuning & Data Migration Strategies in SAP Logistics. 5. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with FDA, GxP, GMP, GDP, and CFR Part 11 in SAP implementations. Prepare validation documentation (IQ, OQ, PQ) and audit reports. Lead workshops for regulatory alignment in SAP EWM/TM processes. Qualifications & Skills: 15+ years of SAP experience, with 10+ years in SAP EWM, TM & Logistics Execution (LE). Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA EWM (Embedded & Decentralized) and SAP TM (Basic & Advanced Shipping). Industry knowledge of Pharma/Life Sciences regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, GMP, GDP). Hands-on experience with SAP LE-WM, LE-TRA, Handling Units (HUs), and Shipment Costing. SAP ABAP debugging & enhancements experience for EWM/TM developments. Expertise in 3PL, Carrier, and Cold Chain integrations with SAP Logistics. Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience. Preferred Certifications: SAP EWM or SAP TM Certification (Highly Preferred). S/4HANA Logistics or SAP LE Certification. GxP/GMP Compliance Training or Certification.
