Salesforce Architecture with Field Services experience. Salesforce Field Service Application. Specific knowledge and experience of the following features/objects: Scheduling / Scheduleable methods and policies; Work Orders / Work Plans / Work Steps; Book Appointments and Candidates; Service Appointments; Service Resources, Skills, Territories. Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce community sites, Salesforce Service Cloud experience. Utility Industry experience is ideal but not required.
