Responsibilities: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and process workflows. Create user stories, epics, use cases, and test cases aligned with wireframes/functional specs. Coordinate with UI/UX, developers, and testers to validate system functionality. Lead UAT, review test cases, and resolve defects related to usability/content. Develop SQL queries for data analysis and reporting. Provide post-deployment help desk support for production applications. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or related field. 7+ years as a Business Analyst (3+ years in BA/QA roles). Strong SDLC experience (requirements, testing, deployment, support). Expert in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. SQL proficiency and detail-oriented problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Prior State Government experience (GA highly preferred). Experience with CMS, backend systems, or enterprise applications.
