Hands-on development using RxJava this is mandatory for the role. Build and maintain integrations with Kafka, Cassandra, Spark, and distributed caching systems. Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver robust cloud-native applications on Azure or GCP PaaS services. Ensure code quality, performance, and responsiveness of applications. Guide and mentor junior developers while remaining actively involved in development tasks. Required Skills: 12+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on backend systems. Strong expertise in Java, especially in building REST APIs. Hands-on RxJava experience is required this is a deal-breaker. Proficiency with Kafka, Apache Spark, Cassandra, and distributed caches. Strong understanding of cloud-native development on Azure or GCP. Experience working in distributed systems and microservices architectures. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Interview Process: 2 Rounds Total 1 round will be a live coding assessment candidates must demonstrate strong hands-on coding skills.
