Strong knowledge of network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, MPLS, BGP, etc. Proficiency with SNMP, NetFlow, and trap-based monitoring. Solid Linux experience (RHEL, Ubuntu). Experience with ServiceNow and IT Event Management solutions. Proven ability to automate routine technical tasks using scripting or tools. Preferred Qualifications (Competitive Edge): Experience with Broadcom/CA tools: Spectrum, Performance Management, Network Flow Analysis. Familiarity with Riverbed tools: NetIM and NetProfiler. Experience with IBM SevOne NPM. REST API scripting experience. Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA). ITIL certification. Experience in the airline industry and associated technologies. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project lifecycles.
