Collaborate with customers across the organization to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables. Conduct detailed requirement analysis , create functional specifications, create test scenarios, and test scripts for SAP ISU service cloud (C4C) - Utilities projects. Supervise the integration of SAP ISU service cloud (C4C) with other SAP modules and third-party systems to ensure seamless operations. Provide expert guidance on SAP ISU service cloud (C4C) configuration, testing, customization, and optimization. Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users and team members on SAP ISU service cloud (C4C) functionalities. Keep abreast of the latest SAP ISU service cloud (C4C) developments and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, security, and data privacy standards within the SAP ISU service cloud (C4C) domain.
